It is the responsibility of the home team to contact their opponents and arrange the games.
The games can take place automatically. The winner of a round match must contact their opponent from  the other leg so that the following round match can be arranged and played. All matches must be completed by the dates at the top of the columns. No extensions can be granted and any games not completed will be declared void. the England and Wales competition will provide two teams to go into the National Finals to be held on  2nd May 2009 in Scotland
