Host Company - The host Company is shown for each group in capital letters. The host Company is responsible for contacting the others in the group as well as the questionmaster with details of the venue. The usual start time is 7.30pm, but where it suits everyone, an earlier start may be agreed.

Question Masters - Information will be sent by a separate mailing to the Host Company and Questionmasters. Questionmasters will return the score sheets to me and approximately one week later, the successful teams progressing will be notified of the details for the second round to be held on Saturday 19th January 2008.

Team and Age Limits - Each team must be made up of four boys who were born on or after 1 September 1990.

General - Successful teams will be informed of the details for the next round by 15 December. The England and Wales competition will result in two teams taking part in the National Finals to be held in England on 19 April 2009.
